About H.O.P.E. Ministries
Helping Out People Everyday
Who We Are
H.O.P.E. Ministries (Helping Out People Everyday Ministries) is a Christ-centered church family committed to restoration, discipleship, and community service. We believe church should feel like family, worship should be sincere, and faith should make a real difference in everyday life.
We are a ministry built on love, accountability, and action — meeting people where they are and walking with them toward healing, hope, and purpose through Jesus Christ.
Our Story
H.O.P.E. Ministries was founded with a simple but powerful calling: to help people heal, grow, and live transformed lives through Christ. From our earliest days, our mission has extended beyond the four walls of the church into neighborhoods, parks, schools, homes, and institutions.
Over the years, we have served families, children, youth, returning citizens, and those facing life’s hardest seasons. Whether through worship services, outreach events, leadership Bible studies, or community partnerships, H.O.P.E. Ministries has remained focused on restoring lives and strengthening families — one act of kindness at a time.
Even in seasons of uncertainty, we have adapted without losing our purpose, continuing to worship, serve, and connect with people in safe and meaningful ways.
A Church Family
At H.O.P.E. Ministries, we do not believe church is something you simply attend — it is a family you belong to.
We worship together.
We pray together.
We testify together.
We grow together.
Our congregation is encouraged to participate actively in worship, service, and discipleship. We believe fellowship is essential to spiritual health, healing, and growth. No one should walk alone, and no one should feel unseen.
How We Worship
Our worship is rooted in Scripture, guided by the Holy Spirit, and centered on Jesus Christ. Each service includes prayer, worship through song, the Word of God, testimony, and an open invitation to discipleship.
We value reverence and joy, structure and freedom — allowing God to move while maintaining order, accountability, and care for one another. Worship at H.O.P.E. Ministries is not about performance; it is about presence.
What We Believe
We, the family of H.O.P.E. Ministries, believe:
-
The Holy Scriptures are the inspired Word of God
-
There is one true and living God revealed as Father, Son, and Holy Ghost
-
Humanity was created in the image of God and fell through sin, beginning with Adam
-
Salvation and redemption come through the Lord Jesus Christ
-
Baptism by total immersion in water
-
The ordinance of the Lord’s Supper (Communion)
-
The promise of the Father, the Baptism of the Holy Ghost
-
A life of holiness according to the Scriptures
-
Believers are stewards and are called to faithfully tithe and give freewill offerings
-
The Church is the Body of Christ, called to fulfill the Great Commission
-
The blessed hope and resurrection of those who have fallen asleep in Christ
-
The existence of the Lake of Fire
Our beliefs are not simply written — they are spoken, practiced, and lived together as a church family
Serving Beyond the Sanctuary
H.O.P.E. Ministries is committed to serving the community in practical and compassionate ways. Our outreach includes family-centered events, youth engagement, food distribution, holiday programs, faith-based alternatives for children, leadership development, and partnerships with schools and community institutions.
We believe faith should be visible through action — meeting real needs while sharing the hope found in Christ.
Our Leadership
H.O.P.E. Ministries is led by Pastor Valerie Frazier, whose calling to ministry is rooted in service, restoration, and teaching. Ordained in 2010, Pastor Frazier has served faithfully in church leadership, prison ministry, community outreach, education, and re-entry support.
Our leadership team includes elders, deacons, ministry leaders, and volunteers who serve with humility, accountability, and love. Together, we are committed to shepherding God’s people and building a healthy, Christ-centered church family.
